2555 – Established the business under the name of Buyin Chiang Mai Limited Partnership, focusing on decorating and renovating second-hand properties.
2557 – Expanded the business beyond decorating and renovating second-hand properties by developing new projects for house construction in Chiang Mai province, such as Nam Phrae Project, Wang Tan Village Project, and Chang Kian Project.
2561 – Expanded the business into constructing more urban properties with the new project Gymkhana at Wat Ket sub-district to increase options for customers.
2564 – Currently, developing to a larger step by opening a new company under the name 999 Development Chiang Mai Co., Ltd. with larger expanded projects such as 999@Baan Wang Tan, 999@Gymkhana, 999@Baan Waen, 999@World Club Land, 999@Kad Farang, 999@Chang Kian, and 999@Pa Daet.
