Looking back to our beginning in real estate, we started by buying second-hand condos and houses to renovate and sell. We soon encountered a key issue: “the projects or house designs didn’t meet our expectations.” This led us to develop our own homes under the concept “building a home as if living in it.” We care about every detail from construction to handover. Our first project was in Nam Phrae, Hang Dong District, with two types of houses: ones with swimming pools and two-storey homes with gardens. We later developed Luxury Pool Villas in Modern and Classic styles. Today, we have 10 projects, each with its own unique character.

At 999 Developments, we build homes with a simple concept — every house is built as if we were going to live in it ourselves. I still remember the first house we designed in the Nam Phrae project. It was built in a raw concrete loft style, emphasizing spacious interior areas where every zone is seamlessly connected. You could say there’s no space for loneliness — no matter where you are in the house, you can always see and talk to each other.
In addition to the loft-style homes, we gradually adapted our designs into white modern-style pool villas with façades for added privacy, and classic-style pool villas that preserve the beauty of timeless architecture. The interior layout remains consistent, but we’ve expanded the living space to be more spacious. Each of our projects has its own unique and modern identity, and we prioritize high-quality materials in every build.
